NELA's Winter Programs include youth and high school offerings for all positions and skill levels. NELA's decorated coaching staff comprised of college and high school coaches design and run the practices and drills. Choose below which program best suits your player.

Games are one hour and rotate between 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 start times.
