Youth skill sessions will be from 6pm-7pm on the Wednesday dates below. Players will be grouped by age THEN by skill. Our goal is to challenge players on an individual level and help them improve their overall skill for the position they have chosen to play. Defense and offense will seperate in the beginning of each session receive position specific skill. Goalies will seperate for the first 15 minutes, where they will receive direct instruction before integrating back into the defense and overall field. After position specific skill, players will compete in small group / whole group play where they will get a chance to refine and implement the skills being taught during each session. 

The coaching staff:

NELA coaches are qualified coaches who have coaching and playing experience. Most NELA coaches have played and or coach at the collegiate level.
